GS Water Limited is a data controller and processes personal data only for the purposes necessary to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GS Water collects minimal personal data relevant to your training needs, which may include your name, job title, contact details, payment information, and any specific accessibility or dietary requirements. This information helps us provide a safe and effective learning experience tailored to your needs.
Data security & retention
We employ appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for and as required by law. For example, we retain financial transaction records for accounting purposes, and training records to support your professional certifications.
GS Water does not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to fulfil the services provided (e.g, informing professional and vocational bodies who have approved GS Water as a provider of authorised training, sharing dietary needs with a venue’s catering team or processing payments with secure, compliant providers). In such cases, we ensure that third parties also adhere to GDPR standards.
